Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Time Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, with proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations, migrations, and business process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Time Tracking discovery workshops, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain:
• Calculated Time
• Time Tracking
• Time Clocks
• Shifts & Schedules
• Attendance Rules
• Time Entry Codes
• Time Reports and Dashboards
• Drive Time Tracking migration activities from legacy systems into Workday.
• Provide solution architecture and recommend alternative designs based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Integration, Reporting, and Data Migration teams.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide guidance on Workday best practices and process optimization.
• Support Absence Management configurations and integrations where required.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders across global and regional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Workday Time Tracking Certification (Mandatory).
• 6+ years of Workday consulting experience.
• Multiple end-to-end Workday Time Tracking implementation projects.
• Hands-on configuration experience in:
• Time Tracking
• Calculated Time
• Time Clocks
• Shift Scheduling
• Attendance
• Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience working alongside Data Migration and Integration teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in multinational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Absence Management Certification.
• Exposure to Workday Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integrations.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
