This role is ideal for engineers with strong Advantest 93K experience who enjoy silicon bring-up, test program development, yield improvement, and production ramp activities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & debug ATE test programs on Advantest 93K
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization & production release
• Collaborate with Design, Validation & Product teams
• Drive yield improvement, test time optimization & product quality
• Debug test failures and production issues
• Support HSIO / JTAG / BIST-related testing activities
• Work closely with global AMD engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of ATE / Product Engineering / Test Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K (must-have)
• Experience in test program development & debug
• Familiar with silicon bring-up & characterization
• Knowledge of JTAG / BIST / HSIO concepts
• Scripting experience in Python / Perl / C++ / Java
• Comfortable working in Linux / Unix / Windows environments
• Semiconductor industry background required

Nice to Have

• Loadboard design experience
• Yield analysis / test optimization experience
• Statistical analysis knowledge
• Experience supporting high-volume production
• Exposure to server CPU / data center products
