Salary: RM3500 - RM4000

Position: Graduate / Junior / Intern AI Engineer (Automation)

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows powered by LLMs to deliver scalable business automation. You will transform manual processes into reliable, end-to-end intelligent systems across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration for complex automation use cases.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools and CLIs such as Claude Code, along with familiarity in skills, plugins, and similar agentic coding environments to accelerate development, code generation, and workflow automation.

• Conduct R&D on emerging agentic technologies, including advanced LLM orchestration, retrieval systems, and production deployment.

• Prototype and implement frameworks using novel emerging tools (e.g. OpenClaw, AutoGen) and other established frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph).

• Build integrations and workflows using n8n, Python, JavaScript, Google APIs, and other automation platforms.

• Train/fine tune narrow purpose LLMs

• Analyze processes to identify and implement AI automation opportunities with a focus on reliability and scalability.

• Deliver automation solutions for internal operations and client projects in IT services and retail.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs), agentic systems, and production inference.

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, UIPath), and AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain).

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, RAG systems, and vector embeddings.

• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing, tool-calling, memory management, and agent evaluation.

• Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
