OVERVIEW

• Research and develop suitable brand story and contents for the organisation. The key objective for this role is to enhance brand awareness, product promotion, message alignment and increase the corporate profile of the company in the industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently research and develop brand or product stories and contents to support the marketing strategy towards brand awareness and product promotion. These materials include website contents, social media contents, flyers, brochures, presentation decks, sales pitch, posters and more.
• Work closely with various departments for communications alignment and obtaining the right information.
• Manage and centralise all communications materials to ensure alignment of all brand and product stories.
• Research, factcheck, proofread and edit any brand marketing and communications materials.
• Analyse campaign and digital performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Manage product PR events and launches where needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in English language/ Linguistic/ Journalism/ Mass Communications and any related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, corporate communications, brand marketing or related field.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Have a good command in English. Proficiency in other language is an added advantage. Passionate in branding and marketing, particularly digital marketing.
