Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Support the People Pillar Manager in delivering human capital transformation initiatives within the HR Transformation Program. Responsible for managing day-to-day execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking of initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Transformation Management Office (TMO) governance.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Operational Support & Coordination

  • Support project planning activities and maintain updated project schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, ensuring agendas, materials, and minutes are prepared.
  • Maintain initiative trackers, action logs, and TMO documentation.


Data & Reporting

  • Assist in collecting and consolidating data for KPIs, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for the People Pillar Lead, TMO, and Steering Committee.


Capability Development Administration

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of capability-building initiatives.


Change & Communication Support

  • Assist in creating communication materials (e.g., tHR1ve project board, Group WhatsApp, Workplace and presentations).
  • Support engagement activities to drive culture transformation and adoption of new processes.


Other duties, tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at any time.


REQUIREMENT & EXPEREINCE:

  • 3-5 years HR leadership experience, including transformation and organizational development roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale HR or organizational change projects in complex, multi stakeholder settings.
  • Experience in leadership development, workforce capability building, and culture transformation.
  • Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
  • Experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, AHRI, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
