We are seeking an experienced Director for Eldercare Services to lead the strategic and operational growth of our community-based eldercare services. This role will oversee existing programmes while driving the expansion of new centres and services that support seniors to age actively, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide strategic and operational leadership across eldercare services and centres
• .Lead the planning, setup, and expansion of new centres and community programmes
• .Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, funders, and community stakeholders
• .Drive service innovation and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of seniors and caregivers
• .Lead and develop managers and frontline teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
• .Oversee service performance, budgets, governance, compliance, and operational excellence

.Requirement

• sBachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Community Development, Gerontology, or a related discipline
• .At least 8–12 years of leadership experience in eldercare, community care, healthcare, or the social service sector
• .Proven experience managing community programmes, centre operations, or multi-site services
• .Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with government agencies and community partners
• .Demonstrated ability to lead service expansion, organisational growth, and high-performing teams
• .A strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader with strong communication and people management skills

.Preferred Experienc

• eExperience in Active Ageing Centres, community care organisations, or senior services
• .Familiarity with Singapore's social service landscape and community care ecosystem
• .Professional accreditation such as Registered Social Worker is an advantage
