Job Description
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Food Laboratory.
- Prepare ingredients and materials for Food &Nutrition practical lessons.
- Clean and maintain food lab equipment, appliances, and workstations.
- Monitor and replenish food supplies, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory of food lab items.
- Label, organize, and maintain food storage areas and equipment.
- Support Food & Nutrition practical lessons and afternoon cooking programmes.
- Assist in school events and activities involving the Food Laboratory.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized learning environment for students.
- Basic certification in Food Preparation and Food Safety.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary, food preparation, or a related field.
- Experience in inventory, store management, and stock organization.
- Able to work independently and maintain a clean, safe, and organized food laboratory
