Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily maintenance operations to ensure the resort's facilities, equipment and building systems are safe, functional and well maintained. The role supports operational continuity by coordinating maintenance activities and promoting a safe environment for guests, visitors and employees. Key Responsibilities • Supervise the daily maintenance operations and ensure work is carried out efficiently. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the resort's facilities and equipment. • Monitor the condition of building systems and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly. • Allocate maintenance tasks and monitor work performance to achieve operational standards. • Coordinate with other departments to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and maintenance procedures. • Monitor maintenance records, equipment and inventory to support efficient operations. • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements • Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance or engineering operations. • Supervisory experience is an added advantage. • Good knowledge of building maintenance systems and preventive maintenance practices. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. • Basic computer literacy is an added advantage. • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
