Job Summary

You will greet customers warmly, take and process orders accurately, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and assist in food preparation to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming environment
• Accurately take walk-in and delivery orders to ensure correct fulfillment
• Process payments via cash, PayNow, and CDC accurately to maintain transaction integrity
• Manage the cash register and close daily sales to ensure accurate financial records
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly to provide excellent service and resolve issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area to uphold hygiene standards
• Cook rice, wash plates, and coordinate with the chef to serve food efficiently and support kitchen operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and communicate basic English to understand orders and interact with customers effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Additional language skills to enhance communication with diverse customers
• Open mindset with willingness to unlearn and relearn to adapt to evolving work processes
