We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse operations, and support the company’s growth through engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

* Design and implement workflow improvements using industrial engineering principles.

* Evaluate warehouse layouts and recommend improvements to maximise space utilisation and reduce operational costs.

* Collect and analyse operational data to identify performance trends and recommend corrective actions.

* Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.

* Support the implementation of automation technologies and digital solutions where appropriate.

* Coordinate with management, clients and suppliers on operational improvement projects.

* Prepare engineering reports, process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.

* Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant engineering or operations improvement experience preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
