Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,500 + Incentive + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, spare parts, and related services in Singapore.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets set by management.
• Develop and expand business within the semiconductor, electronics, hospital, and food processing industries.
• Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing key customer accounts.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with customers.
• Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales forecasting, sales reporting, and sales funnel tracking.
• Travel to meet customers when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in industrial or technical product sales.
• Experience serving the semiconductor, electronics, biomedical, oil and gas, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of pumps, vacuum systems, or related industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
