Mills Recruitment is partnering with an established HVAC coil manufacturer based in Selayang Baru, Kuala Lumpur, to recruit a Supply Chain Manager / Assistant Manager
This role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and play a key role in enhancing procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics performance in manufacturing business.

What You Will Do
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution)
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage supplier relationships and inbound logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyse data and report supply chain performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 6-8 years' experience in supply chain management
- Experience managing operations and teams
- HVAC industry experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems
- Knowledgeable in LME is a plus
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays for half a day and in Selayang Baru area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and supplier management
- Confident decision-making
- Clear communication and leadership abilities
