Job Summary
As a Real Estate Associate at Halcyon Real Estate, you will manage exclusive residential leasing projects by conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and securing tenancy agreements while upholding company standards and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and professionally present residential properties to prospective tenants to facilitate leasing decisions
- Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and maintain consistent communication to nurture client relationships
- Negotiate lease terms effectively to secure successful tenancy agreements aligned with landlord and company expectations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and co-broking agents to support ongoing leasing activities
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth tenancy administration and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy transactions
- Adhere strictly to Halcyon Real Estate’s operating procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements
- Represent Halcyon Real Estate professionally in all interactions to uphold the company’s reputation
Required competencies and certifications
- Registered Real Estate Salesperson (RES) with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
