Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate the company's IT products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Experience in IT, software, SaaS, or technology sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
