Role Description The Technical Co-founder will lead the end-to-end technical vision, architecture, and implementation of Admiino’s AI-driven platform in a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building scalable backend and frontend systems, integrating AI/ML components, and ensuring the platform’s reliability, performance, and security. The person in this role will collaborate closely with the founding team on product roadmap decisions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and oversee the development lifecycle from prototyping to production. They will establish engineering best practices, recruit and mentor early technical hires, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed. The Technical Co-founder will also contribute to strategic discussions, investor presentations, and long-term technology planning to support Admiino’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software engineering and system architecture, including designing and building scalable web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency with modern backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and building responsive, user-focused interfaces.
• Background in AI/ML integration, data pipelines, or working with AI-powered products and services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps practices, CI/CD, and application security.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in early-stage startups or founding roles, with a willingness to be hands-on and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and commitment to building reliable, maintainable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Singapore and partnering closely with the core leadership team.
