6 off days up to 8 days off per month

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Process orders, appointments, and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
