Account Executive – Adabi Terengganu Sdn. Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations (AP, AR & General Ledger).
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and monthly reports.
• Monitor inventory transactions and stock reconciliation.
• Process staff claims and petty cash.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Update accounting data using UBS Accounting, UBS Stock Control, and Sage 300.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit preparation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of UBS Accounting, UBS Stock Control, Sage 300, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
