Scalp Therapist & Shampoo Assistant

• 2–3 years of experience is an advantage
• Candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply — training will be provided by the company

Customer Consultation

• Handle customer concerns professionally and positively

Requirements

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Customer-service oriented with a professional appearance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English; Mandarin is an advantage
