Firststep Child Specialist Clinic – Sri Hartamas

What You'll Do
- Welcome and register patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready.
- Dispense medications and maintain accurate stock inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient enquiries.
- Handle billing, payments, and clinic administrative duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and high standards of infection control.
- Work closely with doctors and the healthcare team to provide an excellent patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Friendly, caring, and passionate about helping children and families.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organised, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
