Job Description

• Perform facial and aesthetic treatments according to company SOPs.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Provide professional consultation on skincare and aesthetic services.
• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean and well-maintained.
• Build good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with patients on their treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate patients records and treatment notes.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting suitable treatments and products.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and treatment skills.
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and clinic policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Beauty, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Experience in beauty spa or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and customer service.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (according to roster).
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Operation hour daily 10am - 7pm
• Half day (Monday) Off day (Tuesday)
• Available position at Shah Alam, Seksyen 7

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
