We are seeking a visionary, high-impact Head of AIDC Business Unit (Overseas) to be based in Singapore. This "0-to-1" entrepreneurial leader will champion our global strategy, scale our infrastructure footprint, and orchestrate high-stakes commercial ecosystems across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia (APAC & EMEA).

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Global Strategy & P&L Ownership: Formulate and execute the overseas AIDC business blueprint. Take full P&L accountability for revenue, profitability, and market share across target regions (SEA, Europe, Middle East, and Australia).

Tier-1 Business Development: Cultivate and lock in strategic partnerships with global tech giants, hyperscalers, Tier-1 cloud service providers, and top-tier AI foundation model developers to drive computing power product adoption.

Resource & Energy Orchestration: Secure mission-critical overseas resources, including land acquisition, high-voltage power quotas, and green energy infrastructure. Navigate complex regulatory environments to ensure absolute project compliance.

End-to-End Project Delivery: Build and scale elite localized cross-border teams. Oversee the entire project lifecycle of massive computing clusters—from site selection, solution design, international EPC management, to continuous operation.

Who You Are (Job Requirements):

Industry Heavyweight: Bachelor’s degree or above with 15+ years of deeply rooted experience in the data center, cloud computing, or digital infrastructure space.

Proven Mega-Scale Delivery: Must have successfully led campus-level (100MW+) overseas data center projects from 0 to 1, with thorough mastery of international EPC management and cross-border supply chains.

High-Stakes Negotiator: Exceptional cross-cultural leadership, expert government public relations skills, and a proven ability to close complex, multi-million-dollar commercial deals.

Language: Fluency in English as the primary working language is mandatory.
