Responsibilities
Brief Summary
Basic up $2800 + Day shift allowance $12/day + AWS + Bonus
4334 days : 7am-7pm
Meal & Transport $100, Attendance $100
Working Location @ Tampines
On Job Training provided
Joining Bonus: $1800!
Job Responsibilities:
Handle shipping documents and monitor shipment status (including POD)
Coordinate with internal and external parties for inbound & outbound shipments
Manage damaged shipment claims
Liaise with Finance on invoices
Work with Facility Manager & Warehouse on detrash and recycling matters
Ensure proper implementation of shipment processes/portals
Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
