Role Description


  • Manage and support HR systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, system stability, and data accuracy.
  • Lead HRIS enhancements, workflow configuration, UAT testing, and system implementation projects.
  • Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, system validation, and compliance with HR policies and PDPA.
  • Partner with HR, MIS, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, gather business requirements, and deliver system improvements.
  • Drive HR digitalisation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and continuously improving HR processes.


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, system migration, module rollout, or HR digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in HRIS workflow configuration, UAT testing, data migration, system enhancement, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to gather business requirements and translate HR operational needs into system solutions.
  • Experience working with HRIS vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders throughout project implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Performance Management.
  • Experience in developing HR reports, dashboards, or workforce analytics using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Basic knowledge of the Employment Act to ensure HRIS system configurations, workflows, and business rules are aligned with statutory requirements and company policies.
