Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Safety Coordinator
• Working Location: Farrer Park (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 6 Days, Monday – Saturday (8am – 7pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Project Allowances + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all site activities comply with safety legislation, internal policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Perform routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, conduct risk evaluations, and investigate safety incidents.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee safety and ISO-related documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance documents.
• Keep safety reports, performance data, and regulatory records accurate and up to date.
• Create safety presentations, reports, and training resources using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness initiatives.
• Provide support during ISO audits and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's safety management system.

• Relevant certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing and managing safety documentation.
• Familiar with ISO-based safety management systems and audit processes.
• Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
