You will be responsible for:

  • Championing a positive workplace where people feel supported, valued and do their best work
  • Driving continuous improvements to HR processes, systems and ways of working
  • Coordinating staff engagement initiatives and supporting HR projects
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
  • Preparing regulatory submissions, reports and manpower updates
  • Managing employee lifecycle changes and maintaining HR records
  • Supporting audits, grants and documentation requirements
  • Maintaining HR templates, SOPs and employee records
  • Managing monthly payroll and statutory submissions
  • Serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries
