(Only PR/Citizen) We are a western-style casual dining café serving light meals, snacks, and specialty coffee. We are looking for a versatile and energetic team member who can handle both kitchen and front-of-house duties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety – no two days are the same!

Kitchen – Western light meals & snacks

  · Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning) for sandwiches, salads, pasta, and small plates.

  · Assist in cooking simple dishes like burgers, toasties, fries, and daily specials under the chef’s guidance.

  · Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and follow food safety standards.

· Coffee & beverage preparation

  · Operate the espresso machine – make basic coffee drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos) with guidance.

  · Prepare tea, juices, and other beverages as ordered.

  · (Full barista training provided if you’re new – just bring a willing attitude!)

· Serving & table service

  · Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly and with a friendly manner.

  · Clear tables, reset cutlery, and ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

· Cashier & order taking

  · Take orders at the counter or via the POS system.

  · Handle cash and card payments accurately.

  · Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations.

What We Expect from You

· No formal qualifications required – we train on the job.

· Previous experience in café, restaurant, or F&B is a plus, but not essential.

· Comfortable with multitasking – you’ll move between kitchen, counter, and dining area.

· Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

· Basic English communication skills (to serve customers and take orders).

· Positive, reliable, and a good team player.
