Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervision of Technicians:
Lead and supervise a team of aircon technicians and installers.
Assign daily tasks and monitor job progress.
Ensure technicians follow safety and quality standards. - Installation & Maintenance:
Oversee installation of various HVAC systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.).
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Inspect and test systems for proper functioning. - Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose system faults and oversee complex repairs.
Provide technical guidance on challenging issues.
Ensure quick response to breakdowns and emergencies. - Project Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Quality & Compliance:
Ensure work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
Conduct quality checks and inspections on-site.
Keep records of service, installation, and maintenance. - Inventory & Resource Management:
Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Requisition materials as needed. - Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare work reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Track and report team performance
