Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance management systems and governance frameworks.
• Drive process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business performance.
• Coordinate internal audits, compliance activities, and improvement programs.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Quality Systems, or Process Improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems and auditing practices.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Lean Six Sigma or related certifications are advantageous.
