Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Recommend suitable jewellery products based on customers' preferences and needs.

3. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

4. Maintain excellent knowledge of all products, promotions, and company policies.

5. Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services to customers.

6. Process sales transactions accurately using the company's Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

7. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, tagged, and organized.

8. Perform stock checking, replenishment, and inventory counting when required.

9. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and display areas.

10. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

11. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and live selling sessions when assigned.

12. Follow all company policies, security procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

13. Work closely with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

14. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
