Shiobee is a French-Korean fusion café in Seksyen 12, Petaling Jaya, specializing in handcrafted pastries and artisanal bakes. Best known for our signature Shiopan (Japanese-Korean salted butter roll), we are committed to quality, creativity, and delivering a warm, memorable café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Prepare simple drinks or food items according to café standards (where required).
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, kitchen, and workstations.
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
• Answer customer questions and recommend menu items.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Team player with good time management.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Malaysian only.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
