Shiobee is a French-Korean fusion café in Seksyen 12, Petaling Jaya, specializing in handcrafted pastries and artisanal bakes. Best known for our signature Shiopan (Japanese-Korean salted butter roll), we are committed to quality, creativity, and delivering a warm, memorable café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
• Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous barista, café, or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Malaysian only.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
