Travel Expert Ltd Hiring! Full Time CRM Specialist in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Oversee business online platforms with a keen focus on identifying trends to create customer loyalty and stimulate repeat purchase

• Assist in the planning and implementation of customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty programs, communication and promotional activities across online and offline channels for long-term engagement

• Manage CRM platforms include but not limited to customer segmentation, deliverability, performance reporting, accurate data entry, etc.

• Consolidate and analyze customer data, account data and program metrics to produce monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management reports with actionable insights

• Manage strategic programs and initiatives through milestone planning, progress tracking and cross‑team coordination, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives

• Support marketing campaigns and ensure tracking standards are based on company standards for all launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in of relevant experience in CRM/ loyalty program management.

• Experience in audience segmentation and marketing automation tools

• Experience using data visualization tools is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, with a hypothesis-driven, data-led approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, with a continuous improvement mindset

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager
