Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies with minimum of three years relevant experience; OR Possessing seven years drafting experience in an architectural firm;

• Minimum two years of BIM working experience includes planning, designing, administrating and operating of BIM projects;

• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other software for image editing and computer animation, e.g. Photoshop, CorelDraw and 3D MAX;

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD software will be given priority for employment; and

• Having a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) for carrying out site inspection, site measurement and attending site meeting.

The incumbent will be assigned to work for and under the supervision of Architectural Services Department. He/She will be located at the office of Architectural Services Department or in the site office under the direction of the ASD Project Manager or his delegates.
