Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:Daily works include, but not limited to:
To submit weekly/monthly reports to different airlines;
To verify vendors'/airlines' cost for accounting payable;
To issue invoices aligning with the quotations;
To perform admin./ad hoc assignments if required.
Requirements:
Higher diploma / Associate degree or above;
Fresh graduates are also welcome;
1 year and above working experience in Air Freight Forwarding field;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
Self-motivated, proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel);
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
