Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable insights to management and project teams. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, participating in meetings, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The Analyst will help streamline processes, support planning activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, basic BI or reporting tools) and comfort working with large data sets.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly in written reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an analytical, project, or operations support role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian business environment and willingness to work on-site in Selangor.
