Program Overview
PFPFA’s Elite Graduate Program (EGP) is a structured graduate pathway designed for high-performing graduates who demonstrate intellectual rigor, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial drive.
Through this 36-month programme, participants will undergo structured training and gain exposure to financial advisory concepts within a holistic wealth management framework.

What You Will Do
• Support fact-finding and client financial needs analysis across areas such as savings, protection, investments, and retirement planning.
• Participate in client discussions and reviews alongside licensed Financial Adviser Representatives.
• Build strong relationships through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
• Develop skills in financial knowledge, communication, and business development.
• Ensure compliance by adhering to MAS regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.

Who We Are Looking For
• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree. Candidates from Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or Business disciplines will have an advantage.
• Less than 2 years of work experience.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain relevant regulatory certifications and licences (e.g. CMFAS Papers RES5, M9, M9A and Health Insurance papers) as required for appointment.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical ability and learning agility.
• Comfortable working with numbers and applying structured problem-solving approaches.
