Role Description The Corporate Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the BWF headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. This role oversees core corporate functions such as general administration, facilities management, corporate governance support, and office operations to ensure efficient day-to-day running of the organization. The Corporate Services Manager coordinates internal processes, manages vendor and service provider relationships, supports budgeting and resource planning for corporate services, and ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The role includes preparing reports and documentation for senior leadership, supporting board and committee administration, and contributing to continuous improvement of corporate systems and standards. The Corporate Services Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality internal services that enable BWF to deliver its strategic and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in corporate administration and office management, including coordination of facilities, suppliers, and internal services.
- Experience with corporate governance support, such as preparing documentation, minutes, and reports for leadership, boards, or committees.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid financial awareness related to budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for corporate services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear correspondence, policies, and reports.
- Competence with common office software, collaboration tools, and basic data management to support efficient workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships, work collaboratively in diverse teams, and provide service-oriented support.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in an international or sports-related organization is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
