WeCraft Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Architectural Designer - Project Architect in - Ricebowl

The role

This is WeCraft's anchor architectural hire. We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer (8+ years) who can lead design and technical authorship and act as Project Architect on site - taking architectural delivery off the founders across the studio's live and upcoming projects. Studio-based in Pasir Panjang, full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

- Lead architectural and interior-architectural documentation from concept and DD through construction-ready and for-fabrication sets, to WeCraft's standards.

- Act as Project Architect on site: site visits and inspections, check build quality against the drawings, resolve site queries and safeguard design integrity through construction.

- Own multi-consultant coordination (MEP, C&S and specialists) and resolve complex constructability and code questions.

- Liaise with authorities and Qualified Persons on submissions and approvals (BCA, URA, SCDF as applicable).

- Set and enforce studio BIM, drawing and file-management standards across the Singapore and offshore teams.

- Direct and review the work of the offshore Technical Designers; prepare and present design proposals to clients.

Qualifications & experience

- Professional degree in Architecture; registered or licensed architect an advantage.

- Minimum 8 years professional experience, including high-end custom residential (hospitality / lifestyle retail ideal).

- Deep DD/CD experience with command of For Construction / For Fabrication sets and bespoke detailing.

- Proven construction-administration / site experience.

- Sound knowledge of Singapore building codes and submissions (BCA, URA, SCDF); strong consultant coordination.

- Singaporeans and PRs only.

Software

Expert in Revit, with Rhino, Enscape / V-Ray, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp and ArchiCAD exposure welcome.

What we offer

SGD 6,000 - 8,000 per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio, plus a discretionary performance bonus. Immediate start.
