Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing from confirmation through delivery. The Inside Sales Coordinator will maintain regular communication with customers, respond to product and pricing queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include updating sales records, tracking orders, liaising with logistics and procurement teams, and following up on pending quotations and orders. The role also involves supporting the sales team with documentation, maintaining accurate data in the CRM or sales system, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales skills, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales cycle.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle requests, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Order Processing skills, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with operations and logistics.
• Relevant experience in marine, offshore, industrial, or technical product sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
