Intco Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily accounting operations, including payment processing, reimbursement verification, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
2. Prepare, review, and analyze manufacturing costs, and generate periodic cost analysis reports.
3. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
4. Liaise with banks on financial matters such as loan facilities, fixed deposits, foreign exchange, and other banking transactions.
5. Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and comply with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
6. Assist with budgeting, audits, tax filing, and other finance-related activities.
7. Support ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with accounting or finance working/internship experience will have an added advantage.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW) or candidates pursuing these certifications will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Malaysian tax regulations, and costing is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.

Mon - Fri 08:00-17:00

Alternate Saturday 08:00-14:00
