Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to provide technical support and maintain end-user computing systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop deployments, and ensuring optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving abilities to support our diverse workforce.



Job Description:



• Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates across the organisation

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently

• Document technical procedures, maintain asset inventory, and generate regular status reports



Job Requirements:



• Min. Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications

• Comfortable working under the healthcare indsutry with necessary vaccines taken! 

• Able to start within short notice!
