Job Summary:
The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, punctual, and reliable transportation services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and flexibility to accommodate the employer’s schedule and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the employer, family members, and authorized individuals (e.g., relatives, visitors, business partners, and associates) to and from designated locations.
• Ensure punctuality and plan routes in advance to avoid delays.
• Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times, including regular interior and exterior cleaning.
• Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, servicing schedule) and arrange maintenance when necessary.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading of personal or business items when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times.
• Be available for extended hours, including weekends or public holidays, when required.
• Run errands and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the employer or management.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or company driver (preferred)
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Conditions:

• Based on the employer’s schedule.
• May require long hours and standby availability.

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the employer or assigned representative.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Personal Driver: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
