About the Role

Fella Design Group is seeking two hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executives to execute our online retail and digital advertising initiatives. Stationed at our Bukit Subang HQ, these roles are critical in bridging our furniture retail operations with an expanding digital footprint. You will manage daily e-commerce operations, marketplace expansion, and social media marketing

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Launch, build, and scale official brand presence across major Malaysian marketplaces, specifically Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop .
• Manage daily marketplace operations, including product listings, inventory synchronization, mega-sale promotional campaigns, and customer service standards.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate the production of commercial marketing materials, leveraging modern content creation methods and AI video generation tools to draft short-form corporate promotional campaigns.

Operations & Data Tracking

• Implement efficient daily reporting workflows and data tracking mechanisms to monitor site performance and sales metrics

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Direct hands-on experience developing and managing Shopify storefronts and associated e-commerce subscription tiers.
• Demonstrated success in scaling official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with automation and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Apps Script) to streamline reporting workflows is highly advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
