Roles & Responsibilities

At The Straits Eye Centre, we believe that exceptional patient care starts with a well-run clinic. As a Clinic Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting both our medical team and patients.

Your Role:

• Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing patient needs with care and efficiency
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and registration with a friendly approach
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions accurately
• Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
• Provide front desk support, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and staff to optimize workflow
• Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

Diploma or degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance patient experience
A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
