Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marcom Executive to drive our marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and manage the production of brand collateral. If you are a proactive storyteller who loves bringing brand experiences to life across digital and offline channels, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Social Media: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns. Assist in content creation and management of the social media calendar as well as support lead generation efforts.
• Event Management: End-to-end coordination of client launch supports, corporate events, webinars, and exhibitions—including logistics, vendor management, registration, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collateral Production: Coordinate with designers, printers, and multimedia vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, videos, merch) that align with brand guidelines.
• Team Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, manage vendor relationships, and maintain marketing inventory.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or Event Management.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or event management.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a strong plus.
• Core Strengths: Excellent project management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Creative, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
