Location: Singapore / Kuala Lumpur (Southeast Asia)

We are looking for an experienced Director – Technology Strategy & AI Transformation to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, technology strategy, and large-scale digital transformation programs across Southeast Asia. Looking for candidates from South East Asia only

Key Responsibilities:

Advise C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CDAOs) on AI transformation and enterprise technology strategy.

Define AI operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise technology roadmaps.

Lead large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution.

Drive cloud readiness, AI platform strategy, and enterprise architecture decisions.

Develop business cases, technology investment strategies, FinOps, and value realization frameworks.

Establish responsible AI governance, model risk management, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Build and manage executive relationships while driving business growth across the region.

Mentor and lead high-performing consulting and transformation teams.

Required Experience:

18+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Transformation, or IT Consulting.

Proven experience advising CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs on enterprise technology transformation.

Hands-on experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs and operating model design.

Strong expertise in Cloud Strategy, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology Governance.

Experience in business case development, FinOps, technology investment management, and value realization.

Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have prior experience in the Banking (Financial Services) and Telecom (Telco) industries.

Experience working with large enterprise organizations and managing CXO-level stakeholders is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform at a strategic level.

Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Databricks, or Snowflake.

Exposure to AI governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise operating models.

MBA or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
