CoinWorldCap is a next-generation Web3 data and intelligence platform that helps users discover, research, and track cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, market trends, and on-chain insights.

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced Operation Leader to lead platform operations, content operations, ecosystem campaigns, user operations, and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, scalable operational processes, and an outstanding user experience across the CoinWorldCap platform.

• Own the overall operational performance of the CoinWorldCap platform, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and high-quality user experience.
• Establish and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Growth, Design, Business Development, and Customer Support teams.

• Oversee the operation and quality of crypto project information, token data, market data, news, educational content, rankings, trending pages, and featured content.
• Work closely with Product and Data teams to ensure data accuracy, content quality, and timely updates.
• Develop operational standards to improve consistency and efficiency across the platform.

• Lead the execution of ecosystem campaigns, token launches, exchange collaborations, wallet partnerships, AMA sessions, trading competitions, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and partner communication to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend operational improvements.

• Develop operational strategies to improve user engagement, onboarding, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
• Work with Community, Customer Support, and Growth teams to optimize user communication and feedback loops.
• Establish processes for collecting, prioritizing, and resolving user feedback.

• Support strategic partnerships by ensuring smooth operational delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Improve internal operational efficiency through workflow optimization, automation, and documentation.
• Manage operational planning and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

• Define and monitor operational KPIs across platform performance, campaign execution, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Build dashboards and regular operational reports to support management decision-making.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

• Build, mentor, and lead the Operations team while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive collaboration across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
• Report operational performance, risks, and recommendations directly to executive leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Platform Operations, Product Operations, or Program Management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading operational teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, SaaS, Internet platforms, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and market data platforms.
• Proven experience establishing operational processes, SOPs, and quality management systems.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using analytics and operational tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Lark, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
