Production

Job Description:

• Assist engineers with daily operational tasks in the factory.
• Provide support for manufacturing processes when required.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to schedule and meet customer quality requirements.
• Comply with company standards, safety regulations, and safe work practices.
• Train and guide new employees when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  
  

Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on air-conditioners and cooling equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper storage and good condition.
• Support maintenance and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Prior experience in maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and/or cooling systems; or
• Prior experience in the Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry is an advantage.
  
  

Additional Information

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
• The role requires handling and moving parts weighing up to 15 kg.
• The role involves working with chemicals; appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
