Prepare all ingredients and food items according to recipes and restaurant’s standard
Assist in kitchen operations
Ensure food quality and minimize food wastage and spoilage
Maintain safety, good hygiene standards and cleanliness of work station at all times
Monitor and assist in ordering and stocking up of raw materials and ingredients on a daily basis
Job requirement
Experience in cooking and using cutting tools and cookware
Team player
Positive and Willingness to learn
Able to work in fast paced environment
