Responsibilities
Account Assistant AR
Working Location : 45 Leng Kee Rd
Working Hours : 5 days work week, 830AM - 6PM
Salary: Up to SGD$3,300 per month
Jobs Description
Generate, verify, and distribute accurate invoices to clients with clear payment terms and instructions.
Record and apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) directly to customer accounts.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify past-due accounts, and contact customers to facilitate payments or negotiate plans.
Reconcile ledgers, investigate billing discrepancies, and provide management with accurate reports on cash flow and collection performance.
Requirement
- Open to fresh grad(Diploma/ITE Holders, with accounting background)
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately
- Company provide AWS + VB up to 3 month
